i think that t.t. durai deserves sympathy. look at how stressed he looks now. he probably doesn't slp anymore. i know he earned too much money, and that he probably deserves it. but honestly, look at the number of lawsuits he's slapped with. not as if it's not bad enough for him to lose his job, he's slapped with lawsuits from some govt team, then he's currently sued by the old nkf employees. and im pretty sure, he's gonna be issued letters from the new nkf too.

even if you want to punish someone, there is a limit. is it fair for people to slap him with so many lawsuits, after destroying his source of income? does he really need to handle so many lawsuits? or are people just trying to get a bit of what he had?(i meant money. not that 5 mins fame crap.) it doesn't make sense, does it? think from his point of view. think from his family's point of view. is there really a need for us to take back what he took from us?

money, can be earned back. if you're talking abt breach of trust, i highly doubt there will be trust after he's broke. and i don't think there was a breach of trust on his part. so wad if nkf was flourishing and had many people donating for it? it's not as if people took guns n pointed at ur temple n told u to donate. you probably donated thinking that it's good karma. well, if what you really wanted to do was to help people, and you tried, does it matter that someone took that money at the end of the chain? why are we judging him when in the end, he will be judged? who are we to kick him around and stomp on him after he fell?

maybe the old nkf management board should be sued, and not just durai alone, since they probably participated in all his deeds. maybe the entire singapore should get sued, for being so retarded, and earning money for t.t. durai. maybe, we'll all realise that law is not created to solve disputes and create harmony amongst people. bur rather, law, is just another reason for us to fighting and hate everyone else.
